Our fleet of premium food truck rentals are very popular and supply is limited, so we are looking to rent to the very best Houston culinary entrepreneurs: energized, organized, funded and ready to live their food truck dream. If this is you then we invite you to review our rental process below. 

These are the requirements: 

  • Operating in Houston only (Ie: long-distance travel to Dallas/Austin/SA etc not allowed)

  • Long-term rentals only (ie: No daily / weekend / special event / month-to-month rentals)

  • $3,250/ month (12 month term) <OR> $2,950/month (16 month term)

  • $2,000 damage deposit (refundable at end of term) 

  • $750 return cleaning fee (paid at beginning of term)

  • Self funded (ie: no silent/ghost investors)

  • Proof of $15k in accessible startup funds (ie: business bank statement)

  • Existing business structure (ie: LLC / Tax Permits / bank account existing)

  • Organized business plan on paper

  • Full-time commitment (ie:no part-time / weekend vendors etc)

Here's what's included:

  • Professionally built stainless-steel 18' kitchen

  • 10' hood fan with

  • Fire suppression system

  • 2 x fridges/freezer & sandwich prep

  • 36" flat grill/griddle, burners, 2 x deep fryer 

  • All commercial equipment 

  • Maintenance program on kitchen and engine

  • Operational permits / fire permits /  sellers permit

  • Insurance (auto / commercial / employee)

  • Generator (if operating mobile)

  • Fire extinguishers 

  • Day-to-day supplies (fryer oil / cleaning supplies etc)
